Loving God, thank You for speaking to us by the Holy Spirit through the Bible, prayer, circumstances, and the church. How amazing that You have chosen to reveal Yourself, Your purposes, and Your ways to us! Forgive us for the times we rush past You because we are too busy with our own pursuits. Please enable us to slow down, listen for Your voice, and truly hear what You are saying. When we hear You, protect us from relying on our own wisdom to accomplish Your work... trying to minister in our strength instead of in Your power. May our church family become experientially and practically aware of Christ’s presence and guidance in our midst as we respond to Him—the Word-Made-Flesh.
