"I've noticed that God is continually reminding me lately to trust in Him. Psalm 62:8 says, "Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts before Him. God is our refuge." We're living in different times than we were before COVID, and it's imperative that we trust in Him who says in Isaiah 43:11, "I am Yahweh, and there is no other Savior but Me". He led me to encourage our little ones who are struggling so with schoolwork these days, and hopefully, those parents who read to their children, by writing and publishing a book, called The Reluctant Pebble. I have no hopes of becoming a best-selling author or anything of the sort - my prayer is that God will use the work He inspired me to do to bring others closer to Him. This book focuses on knowing that God has plans for us to do well and, even though we might not like everything we have to do, God helps us by having that plan for us, knowing that what we're doing now will help us later. I'm so thankful that God continues to draw me closer to Him and reminds me to trust Him more, and I'm trusting that He will continue to use me in any way He sees fit to help others trust Him more, too." - Connie C.
