We desire to equip you to passionately pursue life and mission with Jesus daily. Church doesn’t solely happen within the walls of our buildings on a Sunday morning but all throughout the week, wherever we go. In addition to worshiping with us on Sunday mornings, practicing daily habits looks like extending gratitude, praying for one another, and reading Scripture together.
If you have the latest version of the Fellowship Greenville app, you’ll notice the second tab at the bottom of your screen that is labeled “Daily.” By selecting this tab, you can participate in our church community by utilizing the three components of daily habits.
Here’s how it works!
- Gratitude—tap step one within the “Daily” tab and take a few moments to think about what you’re thankful for, what excites you about tomorrow, or how God has blessed you recently.
- Prayer—tap step two to start praying for others in our community who are currently using the app. Ask the Spirit how he would guide you to pray for others as they request specific needs. Then, if you’re comfortable or feel led, share a prayer request yourself. Understand that these prayers are public, but not everyone on church staff will see or interact with them. If you have a specific request, click here to reach someone specifically on staff.
- Community Bible Reading—lastly, tap on step three to join in on our Community Bible Reading Plan for the year. We value the whole story of the Bible and how it shapes our lives. It’s important to remember that reading the Bible is not a “have to” but a “get to” practice. We get to read the Bible to enjoy and become more aware of God’s love for us and to empower us to better love one another.
Connect with others, read Scripture, pray together, and express gratitude all in one place! If you have any questions (click here), or aren’t sure if you have the latest version of the FG app, click here to download it for IOS (Apple), or click here for Android.
