Distinct Paths



The Upstate Church Collective offers three distinct paths to help you:

  1. Become a disciple who makes disciples

  2. Grow as a leader in your local church 

  3. Plant new and revitalize churches



Track 1:
10 month training for anyone wanting to be equipped to make disciples (January - November with break in June and July). Register Here. 

Track 2:
10 month training to develop ministry leaders in their gifting and calling for greater influence in the local church (January - November with break in June and July).

Track 3:
18-24 month residency for anyone wanting to serve the local church full time, bi-vocationally or co-vocationally through new and existing churches.


UCC meets twice monthly on Sunday evenings. Each gathering is an inductive learning environment that comprises of huddle and immersive ministry experiences. Cohort connections happen regularly outside of Sunday trainings with your individual coach.

As a resident



As a participant you’ll be given hands on ministry opportunities in a broad range of church expressions, along with access to training and coaching by established leaders and pastors throughout the region.
